About Us
The Taylor-Callahan Education Cooperative (TCEC) is an organization consisting of 6 member districts: Baird ISD; Clyde CISD; Eula ISD; Jim Ned CISD; Merkel ISD; and Trent ISD.
The TCEC provides special education and section 504 services to each member district. The TCEC consists of a small group of thoughtful, committed, and knowledgeable staff that strive to make a positive and lasting impact on the world - especially that of a child with a disability.
TEA's Special Education Cyclical Audit Survey:
The Division of Monitoring, Review, and Support at the Texas Education Agency (TEA) strives to engage in a monitoring process that continuously improves the provision of special education and related statewide services to facilitate positive student outcomes. Your local educational agency (LEA) is participating in TEA’s special education Differentiated Monitoring and Support process. As a stakeholder impacted by special education, please provide feedback through this 10-15-minute survey. Any comments or specific concerns should be sent directly to your LEA personnel, as specific concerns noted in the survey will not be forwarded to the LEA from TEA.
